Pick Up, Delivery and Hanging Artwork

In most instances we are happy to help you with transport and hanging. If we are not available or unable to do it ourselves we will provide qualified references.


We offer both Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  You can see these options with the associated costs in your shopping cart. The average transit time is 3-5 working days. Expedited shipping methods are available at a greater cost.

Orders outside the US

If you are located out of the US, our website is not set up to calculate the shipping costs. However, we can still ship product to you.  Send us an email with your order details and we will get your approval on the shipping and customs costs (approximately $40-$80) before we process the order. Our preferred method of shipping outside the US is USPS Priority.


We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be processed when we fulfill your order. In the case of special orders, your card will be processed upon ordering.

Gift Certificates

You can redeem gift certificates for any items on our website or in our store. Our gift certificates have no expiration date.

Return Policy for Artwork

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, ship it back to us in its original packaging and condition within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We strongly suggest that you return the item using a trackable method. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Exchange Policy for Artwork

Change your mind? If you choose to exchange your product, ship it back to us in its original packaging and condition with a note letting us know which product you would like in its place. You will be responsible for any additional costs and for all shipping costs.

Damaged Goods

We take care in the packaging of our products however, sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, save the contents and all packaging and contact us either by phone at 970-476-4172 or email us. We will ship a replacement immediately.
